How long is a session?

Every breathwork journey is unique in it's length and content. The sessions are not longer than 2 hours which includes an intro and a short post session opportunity for sharing.

Question 2

What do I bring to a session?

Accepted Answer

A water bottle, a journal and pen to capture insights, thought and revelations. A yoga mat and blanket will be provided but if you need more padding to be comfortable, you can bring additional things for this. A sleep mask is good for blocking out the light.

Question 3

What do I wear to a session?

Layers! Loose comfortable clothing. It's common to get warm with breathwork, however you are not always moving, so it is not unusual to feel cooler as well, and you can feel both throughtout the session.

Question 4

What happens during a session?

Accepted Answer

An intentionally safe and comfortable container is created and held for you. You will be lying down with an eye mask on, (some will be provided), and sound cancelling headphones to explore an immersive sound journey experience.

What happens after a session?

Accepted Answer

We will gently move into post session, covering integration practices you can take with you. There is an opportunity to share your experience here if you feel called to. You will receive a follow up email about how to integrate your experience as well, in order to sustain this powerful experience.

Question 6

How often are the journeys offered?

Accepted Answer

Currently every Monday evening from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Each week will be themed differently based on the feedback, interests and needs of the community.  Private 1:1 sessions are offered for a more personalized experience.
