In person training on 9(b) Litigation where you will be able to:· Explain why 9(b) Applications for Discharge should be initiated, the nuts &amp; bolts about what needs to be filed to advocate on behalf of your client, and when to file.· Describe how to educate the clerks and courts about the logistics and procedures of these proceedings.· Explore how to zealously advocate for clients in these cases after hearing from experienced MHLD colleagues about case strategy, use of various experts, and other trial preparation tips to obtain relief aligned with client’s wishes.
