We have just returned from a sacred journey on the Mountain and want to share the energy with you!A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations, produced by instruments like Himalayan bowls, quartz crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and more. The purpose is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.Enter into our sweet sanctuary and lie down comfortably and allow the sound waves and vibrations to wash over you, creating a calm and peaceful environment that helps to quiet the mind, encourage deep relaxation, and sometimes even facilitate a meditative state or altered consciousness.The sounds can vary widely, from the deep resonances of gongs to the gentle tones of singing bowls. Each instrument produces different frequencies that are believed to interact with the body's energy fields, potentially aiding in physical and emotional healing.Sound Bath includes Quartz Crystal Chakra Bowls, an Earth Gong, drums and rattles. You will be guided into a gentle meditation and then you will be bathed in sound waves, gently bringing you into a state of peace and deep relaxation.Bring: yoga mat, blanket (your temperature does drop during the sound bath), eye pillow or cover and a water bottle.Sound healing:Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing.
