Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios

Kick off the new school year with a fun martial arts class. All participants will receive a pair of foam chucks that they can keep.

-This is a super fun class for ages 5 - 13, all ability levels welcome. -Cost is only $10 and includes a pair of foam chucks that participants can take home with them. -Everyone will learn a basic boddy juggling pattern with the chucks. Students who already know the pattern will have the opportunity to learn part of an actual form (kata) with the chucks. -Participants can wear a martial arts uniform (gi) or just comfortable workout clothing. -The Buddy Class is a fantastic opportunity for students to try out the martial arts (Kempo) and to make new friends. Meeting new people can be one of the more daunting parts of starting school. Martial arts classes are a great way for kids to build confidence, and they provide a ready-made group of positive and focused friends.
