Question 1

Is there free parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There is a lot which is shaded by solar panels plus loads of free parallel parking along the entrance road and the street in front of the park.

Question 2

Where exactly will you meet up?

Accepted Answer

We'll meet at the end of the walkway near the meadow beyond the Frick Environmental Center (the building) near the fountain (which may not be on). Enter between the Gatehouses and walk straight back until you see other people with cameras and ask for Don.

Question 3

I only have a cell phone is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! All types of photography and photographers are welcome. Bring any camera you've got! There are lots of opportunities for amazing photos regardless of the equipment you're using.

Question 4

Can I bring my young kids?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! If you think they'd enjoy it bring them! We're never that far from the parking area (or bathrooms) and there are always amazing things to see and photography no matter what age you are.

Question 5

I have mobility issues, can I still attend?

Accepted Answer

Of course! The Parks Conservancy is currently redoing part of the park to add more accessibility but if you have any mobility issues you're welcome to join us, simply let me know  and I'll make sure we take a route that works for you.
