Where is the concert?

This year, all events, including all concerts, will be held on the Common Ground lawns in The Bay park on Blvd of the Arts (1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, 34236). Note: Concerts will NOT be located just north of 10th Street as in previous years.

How do I get to The Bay park?

The primary vehicle entrance is off of 10th Street to the west of the Roundabout at 10th Street and N. Tamiami Trail. The primary pedestrian entrance is on Blvd of the Arts (6th Street). NOTE: The southern portion of Van Wezel Way will be closed for this concert.

Where do I park?

Due to the impact from Hurricane Milton, the Van Wezel parking lot will NOT be available for parking this weekend. Nearby FREE parking is available at Centennial Park and Public Boat Ramp (1059 N Tamiami Trail), in the Rosemary District, and throughout Downtown (including parking garages).

Someone in my group has mobility challenges, what do we do?

Accepted Answer

The Bay is built to full ADA compliance. Handicapped parking is available in front of the Van Wezel and Blue Pagoda (655. N. Tamiami Trail).  A drop-off area for those with mobility challenges will be available on the north side of Blvd of the Arts near the concert area.

To avoid parking crowds and be environmentally friendly, are Veo Micro-mobility Hubs at The Bay?

Will Food and Beverage be available?

Yes! Come early and hungry! An assortment of Food Trucks will be serving delicious food beginning at 5pm -- including Clean Plate Club SRQ, Currywurst Truck SRQ, Empanada Girl, Rock 'n Eggroll, Shiny Gumbo, Simply Greek, and Wingz N Thingz. A Beverage Truck will be serving your favorite drinks.

May I bring my dog?

Depends. All pets must be non-aggressive and on up to a 6-foot leash at all times.

May I bring in my own alcohol?

Accepted Answer

No! No outside alcohol or coolers may be brought on premises. Alcohol may not be removed from the park grounds. Alcohol will be sold before and during the concert. A Photo ID will be required for purchase.

How will I find out about location changes or event cancellations?

Accepted Answer

Location changes or event cancellations will be posted on The Bay Website, Facebook, and Eventbrite up to one hour before start time, as the weather changes quickly.

Do I need to bring my own chair for the concert?

YES! Seating is not provided. Please bring a lawn chair to ensure you have a comfortable seat.
