Alchemy Coaching is located at the intersections of mindfulness, wellbeing, and community. Our events are designed to be accessible, useful, and inclusive! Courtney draws from her background as a counselor, coach, meditation teacher, and adjunct instructor to bring you workshops focusing on emotional wellbeing, mental health and wellness, and mindfulness.

What is a mission statement and why is it important?

Most people are familiar with the idea of a mission statement from a corporate or organizational perspective, but they can be just as impactful and important for your personal vision for your life. Forbes.com describes some of the functions of an organization’s mission statement as “bring(ing) clarity, awareness, engagement, innovation, improvement and achievement”. Those same functions are valuable to the individual as you set goals and priorities, evaluate where and how and with whom you spend your time, or even the choices of your vocational and recreational pursuits. Are you living intentionally? Do you find meaning in how you live? Or do you need a little help in further defining that vision?
