Lamar</a> is a composer who works across opera, metal, performance, video, sculpture and installation to craft sprawling narratives of radical becomings. Lamar holds a BFA from The San Francisco Art Institute and attended the Yale School of Art, sculpture program, before dropping out to pursue music. Lamar’s work has been presented internationally, most recently at The Rewire Festival in The Hague, Trauma Bar Berlin, Atrium na Žižkově Prague, The Manhattan School of Music, Wellcome Collection London, The Cloisters at The Metropolitan Museum Of Art, Funkhaus Berlin Germany, Kunstgebäude Stuttgart, The Meet Factory in Prague, National Sawdust New York, The Kitchen New York, MoMa PS1’s Greater New York, Merkin Hall, New York, Issue Project Room New York, The Walter and McBean Galleries, San Francisco; Human Resources, Los Angeles;Wesleyan University; Participant Inc., New York; New Museum, New York; Södra Teatern, Stockholm; Warehouse9, Copenhagen; WWDIS Fest, Gothenburg and Stockholm; The International Theater Festival, Donzdorf, Germany; Cathedral of Saint John the Divine, New York; Performance Space 122, New York; and African American Art &amp; Culture Complex, San Francisco; among others.<a href="https://https://www.instagram.com/sunkheaven/" title="https://https://www.instagram.com/sunkheaven/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sunk Heaven</a> was founded in 2012 by experimental musician Austin Sley Julian. Based in performance, no input mixers, and synthesizers, sunk heaven has used the stretches of sonic extremity to produce elegant yet self destructing soundscapes. through these sonic environments emerge rhythm and poetry where song lives. Sunk heaven further expands this inventive instrumentation into the experimental electronic conversation. Sunk Heaven tours nationally and internationally, releasing 10 albums in the past 10 years. Sley Julian has produced work in Pioneer works Performance residency in Jan of 2021 and Issue Project Room’s Artist In Residence program in 2021. Based in performance, no input mixers, and synthesizers, Sunk Heaven has used the stretches of sonic extremity to produce elegant yet self destructing soundscapes. Through these sonic environments emerge rhythm and poetry where song lives. Sunk Heaven uses performance in such a way that sets it far from other harsh noise/electronic projects. With wireless technology, Sunk Heaven can perform in a room and use all elements of the space. Using the contact micd saw instrument, the contact with different floors and objects create different sounds and sparks, creating high dynamics and energy. The mixture of song structure and freeform electronics create new and unconventional form that stands apart from a lot of other music. Austin Sley Julian's previous work in the groups Sediment Club and Signal Break lead his musical career towards pushing the limits of instrumentation and building homemade instruments to electronic conversation. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/xxmothercellxx/" title="https://www.instagram.com/xxmothercellxx/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mother Cell</a>
