What kind of clothes do I need to wear?

Any loose fitting clothing or yoga wear you don't mind getting sweaty in.

I have some limited mobility. Is this class for me?

Accepted Answer

This is an active, dance-like, movement meditation class. You will be standing  and moving the entire class, but some modifications can be made for you to be able to experience the class if you have some limited mobility.

Question 3

What kind of shoes do I need for the class?

Accepted Answer

No shoes! You will be barefoot or socks are okay. Please keep in mind that the socks can create more difficulties with this movement.
