Please join us for a lovely Sound Bath Meditation and Potluck. Let’s do our part to raise our vibrations and radiate positive healing energy to everyone we encounter. There will be Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and a play list of specific sounds and frequencies that connect with each of the chakras and meridians of the body; for healing mind, body and spirit. You may also use this opportunity to manifest your best life. We have the ability to attract and create the things we focus on; picture in our mind's eye and feel in our hearts.This particular Sound Bath will begin with an extra focus on "The Root Chakra". The root chakra, also called the "base" chakra, gives all the other chakras a strong foundation by nurturing proper energy flow in the body. The root chakra is associated with raw instinct, fight or flight (survival), and safety. When our root chakra is balanced we feel safe, grounded, confident and secure. We have the courage to face whatever life throws at us. We feel worthy and are inspired to take on new challenges. After this deep dive into the energy of the Root Chakra is complete we will continue on a journey through all seven chakras / energy centers of the body.After the meditation we will have a potluck. You are welcome to bring something to share. Vegetarian dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, healthy snacks, nonalcoholic drinks, deserts and finger foods are all welcome.Please feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket and or pillow for your comfort during meditation if you’d like.Please feel free to visit my website and read my bio.
