Do I have to register to participate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all attendees must register in order to sign the online waiver, and ensure we have enough meals for all in attendance. This includes community center members.

Where is the event? How do I get there?

Accepted Answer

The event is at the Nancy H. Dacek North Potomac Community Center. There is ample parking at the event. There are bus routes that can take you there. You can use the Ride On Route 67 or Route 301 in Montgomery County - both have stops that are relatively close to the event location.

Is the event and building accessible for people with disabilities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the parking lot and building are accessible. We encourage and support the participation of individuals with disabilities. Please contact the Program Access Office at 301-495-2581 (Voice), MD Relay 7-1-1 or ProgramAccess@MontgomeryParks.org to request a disability modification.

What are the meal options?

Accepted Answer

There will be three meal options available: cold, hot, and vegetarian. Please select your preference during registration, as on-site changes will not be accommodated.

Do I have to sign up for sessions?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not have to sign up in advance but we hope you'll stay for the duration of the session. *Please note that some activities have space limitations. The schedule will be available on-site.
