The Elar Institute is a school focused on the science of connection.We're committed to thinking globally and acting locally to transform the way people treat people.We believe it is primarily an educational gap that has resulted in the violence, intolerance and individual turmoil we see around us today. Our programming fills this gap. It lies at the intersection of emotional intelligence, mindfulness and creativity.We offer classes to individuals, as well as, teams. We also, create fun, interactive projects for our community.

Learn how to relieve anxiety, listen powerfully, increase understanding, and connect with others. Build strong, meaningful relationships.

In this class, you’ll learn tools you can immediately use to help you resolve conflicts, listen powerfully, increase understanding, and connect with others. You'll learn how to shift out of judgement, blame and criticism (which result in disconnection) and into awareness, compassion and understanding (which result in connection). Once in connection, we are able to foster meaningful relationships and create powerful strategies with our families and at work.This class is right for you if:<ul><li>You value connection and want to experience more understanding. </li><li>You want more tools for dealing with a prolonged period of stress or isolation.</li><li>You want to improve the quality of your relationship with someone in your life.</li><li>You want to understand your mental/emotional connection on a new level.</li></ul>You'll walk out of this class with:<ul><li>Practical tools for understanding yourself and others.</li><li>Skills to hear what lies beyond the words another is saying.</li><li>A powerful process relieving stress and thinking clearly.</li></ul>
