ABOUT THE SUMMER SCHOOLWe are pleased to announce that, in collaboration with the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies at the University of Exeter (UK), Inekas will host a distinguished summer school on “Islamic and Biblical Traditions: Sacred Texts, Contexts, and Intertexts."This enriching program will take place over six days—August 29-30, September 5-6, and 12-13—running from 11:30 to 18:00 BST (6:30 to 13:00 EDT).The summer school is thoughtfully designed to provide students with a profound exploration of contemporary scholarship on the intricate connections between the Quran and the Bible, their respective traditions, and the intertextual studies that unite them.We are also delighted to offer a series of presentations in both English (14 presentations) and Persian (5 presentations). This makes the program an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about Islamic or Biblical studies and those who wish to enhance their academic Persian language skills.
