Terraformer Pre-Launch Party!

Join Colleen Houck to celebrate a special event. It's the release of her newest book, TERRAFORMER! We'll have an assortment of finger foods and non-alcoholic beverages. Photo ops, costume and trivia contests, games, prizes, a Q&A and more will precede a book signing.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No. Children 12 and younger are admitted free with a ticketed adult. Any minor aged 12-18 must have a ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. The adult does not need to have a ticket to enter. Note: Only those with a ticket will receive a book.

 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

 There is ample free parking with an exclusive event center entrance behind the store as well as disabled parking and elevator access to all event rooms on the second floor. Salem Transit Buses have a stop directly behind the event center. The last bus departs at 8:30 PM on Saturday. For up to date Cherriots information, check the website. https://www.cherriots.org/

 

What can I bring into the event?

You can bring any Colleen Houck books or memorabilia you'd like signed. If you'd like to reserve other Colleen Houck books to have signed on location, contact sharannyl@yahoo.com to make sure we can accommodate your request. A limited number of Colleen Houck books will be available for purchase otherwise.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds may be processed up until a month before the event, after that, no refunds will be allowed.

 

Can I buy a ticket and have the book shipped to me?

No. You can, however, get a signed bookplate in the mail. Email your request to contactme@colleenhouck.com and then follow the instructions.

Can I bring a non-ticket holder adult into the party with me?

The party is for ticket holders only. Children younger than 12 and a minor accompanied by an adult are the exception. If you are bringing a non-ticket holder, they are welcome to find a comfortable spot in the store on the balcony to wait for you or they might like to do some shopping.

Will books be available to purchase onsite?

Yes. There will be a limited number of books available for purchase including a few extra copies of TERRAFORMER, as well as the new hardcover edition of TIGER'S DREAM parts 1 & 2. To guarantee we will have the book/s you want, contact sharannyl@yahoo.com to preorder.
