Our Hosts for the event:

Jesan Sorrells is the CEO and Founder of Leadership Toolbox, a leadership training platform focused on solving organizational challenges through leadership development. With over 20 years of experience, Jesan holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation and is a Certified DiSC Trainer. He has worked with diverse public and private sector clients, from healthcare to high-tech, helping them innovate and develop effective leadership strategies. Jesan is also the host of the Leadership Lessons from the Great Books podcast and the author of several books on leadership and conflict resolution.

Harvey Seifter is a globally recognized expert in leadership, organizational creativity, and arts-based experiential learning. He is the founder of Creating Futures That Work, a leader in innovative experiential learning programs. Harvey has over 20 years of experience leading distinguished arts organizations, including the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, where he garnered multiple Grammy Awards.His work bridges the gap between the arts and leadership, fostering creative thinking, collaboration, and innovation. Harvey has also served on the faculty at Columbia University, Pratt Institute, and the City University of New York, and has spoken at numerous international conferences.He remains an active voice in global innovation and leadership, continuing to push boundaries through arts-based learning.
