■題目：<h3>シリコンバレーの新潮流：コンパッションの効果とは？</h3> ■概要：現代社会は、多くの人々が高いストレスに晒され、心身の健康が脅かされています。今回は、コンパッション（慈悲心）がどのようにしてストレス軽減に役立ち、個人の幸福感を向上させるかについて科学的な視点から解説します。スタンフォード大学のCCARE（Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education）での研究成果や、実際にコンパッションを取り入れて成功している企業の事例を交えながら、具体的な実践方法を紹介します。 ■登壇者紹介：鈴木亜佐子（すずきあさこ）さん、上智大学大学院博士前期課程修了 スタンフォード大学CCARE（Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education）ACTプログラム修了 上智大学大学院博士前期課程修了。スタンフォード大学のCCARE（Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education）ACTプログラムを修了。シリコンバレーの大手半導体企業にて15年間人事部に在籍し、社員のワークエンゲージメントを高めたことでCEO賞を受賞。思いやりのあるリーダーや人材育成が日本の活力を取り戻すことに貢献できると信じ、企業研修や教育関係でのワークショップ、スタンフォード式「コンパッション育成トレーニング」やコーチングを提供し、コンパッション・ムーブメントを広げる取り組みを行っている。スタンフォード大学認定コンパッション・アドバイザーとしても活動し、23万部超えのベストセラー「スタンフォード式疲れない体」の著者である夫のプロデュースも務める ■日時：米国太平洋時間：2024年8月23日（金） 午後6時- 午後7時半 (開場：軽食を用意しておりますので、午後5時半には会場へお越しください）日本時間：2024年8月24日（土） 午前10時- 午前11時半 ■場所：1, Japan Innovation Campus212-214 Homer Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94301 2, Zoom（チケットご予約いただきましたらzoomリンクをお送りいたします。）
