<H2>Making Things and Breaking Things</H2>
Instructor: John Serpico
Making Things and Breaking Things is a workshop designed to add fun and engaging physical improvisation techniques to your performance toolbox. The workshop will have three areas of study - object work, silent improvisation and building environment - and has been designed so that everything you learn can be added to whatever improvisation you do.
By the end of Making Things and Breaking Things, you'll be able to feed the eyes of your audience as well as you feed their ears! 
Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy (no open toe) shoes to move around in.
About the Instructor: John Serpico has been directing, teaching and performing improvisation professionally since 2005. His directing credits at ImprovBoston (his home theater) include Dear Internet (2007), Face Off (2012-2015), Quest (2014), The ImprovBoston Holiday Spectacular (2014-2015), All-Access Improv (2015, co-director), Food Truck (2015-2016, 2019-present), Oregon Fail (2015-2019), The Wild (2018-2019), Franklin Arts (2018-2019), ClueProv: A Comedy of Murders (2018-present), Gorefest 17: Maul of America (2019) and Golden Age Radio (2019-present). John has taught improv workshops throughout New England, as well as in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas and Nevada, with a focus on physical improvisation, narrative longform and hosting/communication. John's favorite improv to watch is well-grounded, patient and character-driven!
