The Office Expert Award is for Assistants who raise the bar and are making an impact in office operations, contribute to their companies, the community and team.

What is included in your $30 nomination fee?

Office Experts will send your nominee an email with certificate of recognition.
We will display the nomination in the Office Experts Website for the entire year.
A live celebration will be on 04/25/2025 at Hotel Royal Sonesta Galleria n in the 2025 Office Experts Summit & Vendor Exhibit. The OE Summit is a full day of learning and celebration of the Administrative Profession. Most importantly, this event falls during Administrative Professionals Week. Over 100 Assistants will be in attendance and will be thrilled to celebrate your worthy Assistant.
If nominee attends the 2025 Summit on 4/25/2025, they will receive an award, surprise celebratory items and lots of praise and cheers from fellow peers in attendance.
The cost to attend the 2025 OE Summit is $150 dollars.
You are welcome to pay the entry fee to the OE Summit. This facilitates securing a spot in the Offie Expert Award Ceremony. It's a celebration of collaboration!

Who can nominate?

Anyone... Executive, Manager, Supervisor, Team Member, Peers, HR Representative, Sponsors, Vendors, Friends (name will not be shared).
You can nominate as many Assistants as you wish.

Process:

Pay the nomination a week prior to the OE Summit on 04/25/2025.
Fill out the nomination form
You will receive an email from contactus@officeexpertsllc.com with a microsoft form to finalize your summary of the nomination. All you need is to pick one of the catagories from the 7Cs and acknowledge them in a short summary and hit submit.
All done! We will send the nominee an email notification to the nominee.
