Hotel ArrangementsThe Jupiter Hotel is our official host hotel. To book rooms, please use this <a href="https://tinyurl.com/bdchp2by" title="https://tinyurl.com/bdchp2by" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">booking link</a>.Deadline to make reservations: The last date to make reservations at the group rate is September 12, 2024. After this date, all unreserved rooms will be released and sold at prevailing best available rates.Extending contracted dates: Please book online with the link above then call or email the sales office directly at (503) 234-7767 or sales@jupiterhotel.com. You will need a confirmation code in order to extend your dates.

SASE Onsite Refund PolicyWe understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate our attendees, we have established the following refund and transfer policy.100% Refund: If you cancel your registration up to 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees.50% Refund: If you cancel your registration between 29 and 15 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fees.No Refunds: If you cancel your registration 14 days or less before the event, no refunds will be issued.How to request a refund: Please send an email to allison@loupe.team with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.Registration Transfers: Registration transfers to another individual are permitted. Please contact allison@loupe.team for more information on transferring your registration.SASE Onsite reserves the right to change to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and on our event website.
