Wellness and relationship coach Mrs. Hard helps people manage stress and anxiety with empowering practices to set healthy boundaries, end people-pleasing, and say goodbye to hard times for good. You can find her podcast, Hard Times No More, on your favorite podcast platform.

I have physical limitations, is this class for me?

This class is great for people who move their body on a regular basis.Laisha does an excellent job of including modifications for people who have old injuries and limitations.  If you enjoy getting your heart rate up but have concerns email Laisha at laishafit@gmail.com.

Do I need to bring any equiptment?

Accepted Answer

Just a yoga mat. But if you are traveling and don't have one, we will have extras! You will not be using any other equipment during the workout.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes you feel comfortable working out in.

Do I need to buy a ticket ahead of time?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend you purchase your ticket ahead of time since this event does sell out but you can arrive day of and purchase one at The Garden by Tannery Bend Beerworks if tickets are still available.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel your registration, you can receive a refund (minus the Eventbrite processing fee of $3.52) if you do so within 24 hours of the event.
