Thank you for understanding!</h2><h3></h3><h3><em>Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce Nonprofit Workshop Series presents </em></h3><h3>&quot;Taking a Direct, Active Approach to Retirement Plan Administration&quot;</h3><h3><em>About this event:</em></h3><h3>March 2020 marks the IRS deadline for nonprofit plan administrators to review and implement their rolling 6-year cycle to monitor retirement plan providers&#x27; fees and services.</h3><h3>Silicon Valley&#x27;s dynamic business environment often lures top talent away from nonprofits. In order to attract and retain talent, a well-designed and prudently-managed retirement plan is essential. Organizations that offer a 403(b) are not able to rely on the same ERISA regulations that prevent excessive fee structures. As a result, nonprofit employees earn less while paying more in fees to save for retirement.
