Join me for a once a month, donation based breathwork class to release and renew.

Join me once a month for a free group breathwork session. Each month, on the full moon, we'll set an intention to release the old and welcome the new - energy, patterns, beliefs, stories, etc. These sessions will be one hour, online in the comfort of your own home, and are perfect for those looking to try breathwork, deepen their current breathwork practice, or just wanting more connection to themselves. While experience with breathwork is not required, it is helpful as we will dive right in to the meditative session.The session will be done online via Zoom. The link to join will be sent out the day of the event.IMPORTANT: While breathwork is generally considered a safe modality, there are a few conditions for which it is contra-indicated. Please consult a physician before signing up if you:- Are pregnant- Currently experience dizziness/vertigo- Have extreme mood disorders/panic attacks- Have angina, glaucoma, retinal detachment, heart attack/stroke, heart disease, or any condition for which you are currently under medical treatment.
