What is it?- Opening ceremony with plant medicine and intention setting.- Expansive sound session- Gentle somatic techniques- Integration conversation over herbal tea What to bring?- Comfortable clothing- Water bottle- Your favorite mat, blanket, eye mask or pillow (we will have some cushions but please bring your yoga mat or sleeping mat with you!)- An open mind- Journal- A Friend!** PLEASE BRING YOGA MAT OR CUSHION (there are extra blankets but the floor is hard!)
