Soto activate a promise of lightning's exhibition meeting area to co-host a conversation on fitness, movement, and trans embodiment. This salon is a conversation for those interested in talking about the joy that strength-training and movement of all kinds can bring, centering trans and queer folks and their experiences. In the framework of <a href="https://leslielohman.org/exhibitions/andrea-geyer-a-promise-of-lightning" title="https://leslielohman.org/exhibitions/andrea-geyer-a-promise-of-lightning" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">a promise of lightning</a>, this salon series offers the exhibitions meeting area in service of queer collectives, organizations, friends and individuals to gather and discuss queer issues and ideas in art, public health, and organizing, following from the tradition of literary and ideological movements of the 17th and 18th centuries. With the exception of Sept 22nd: Finding Balance (which was lifestreamed for community afar), salons are not recorded or documented. They are for those who can be present in the space.
