A﻿bout Janet RoseA﻿ former social justice attorney, mediator, and public policy professional turned healer, writer, and educator. Focused on teaching principles of heart-centered leadership, Janet brings her expertise to help attendees learn to create a more loving, trauma-informed world. She works with a variety of modalities from motivational interviewing to Reiki to reach people where they are to help in their leadership journey. She cares most about leveraging the lived experience of marginalized and vulnerable communities into leadership roles that prioritize their voices for the solutions their communities most need.

What is it?A virtual monthly support &amp; networking group for soul-centered activists, leaders &amp; helpers. Each month we'll start with a different question and let it roll from there. Members can also sign up to present at a quarterly lunch &amp; learn to share experiences, services, and backgrounds to better share our skills to better facilitate referrals &amp; support.Why is it needed?Speaking from experience, those who work with humanity's vulnerability need a trusted place to regroup when the world gets to be too much. When disinformation has us doubting our knowledge &amp; systems make us doubt our worth, we need other folks who "get it". This is a space for sensitive souls to let go of the hurt, gather our strength, straighten our crowns, and get back to the radical love we are here to give.Who is this group designed for?<ul><li>Those who have personal or professional experience as a community healer, activist, navigator, service provider, or leader?</li><li>Those who consider themselves heart-centered or soul-led in describing their approach to the world.</li><li>Anyone who feels called to contribute their skills to building a more loving world</li><li>Those looking to expand their network of caring souls who don’t ignore the suffering of the world, but also need support in responding to it.</li></ul>
