Through its resources, it assists San Diego startups with attracting talent, accessing education and mentorship, garnering brand awareness and attracting capital. About The Startup Series: COVID Edition The Startup Series: COVID Edition, is a program of the Downtown San Diego Partnership’s Collaboratory for Downtown Innovation--powered by Startup San Diego and Mission Edge. This digital workshop (five of five) is designed for entrepreneurs, early-stage business owners, and founders who have recently launched or are thinking of launching a startup company.Distilling Chaos &amp; Taking ActionWork and life can feel especially messy right now. It has become even more challenging to prioritize and complete even the most basic tasks. If this is true for you, you might be looking for ways to quiet the noise and focus your brain on the next best action to take to make your idea happen. What will I learn?In this workshop, we'll discover how incremental change works, how to turn off the noise and take action, and how to show ourselves grace when we need to recharge. You'll leave this workshop with tips you can immediately put into practice one small step at a time.I heard there will be networking?!You heard right--participants asked and we listened! We're going all out for the last workshop of The Startup Series! You all were craving networking with each other and further connecting with speakers, additional ecosystem resource providers and community allies. Right after the webinar, we'll be providing 45 minutes of professional networking via the Meta by Acai platform.

After working in federal public health research management for 10 years, Rachel is bringing her passion and strengths to the entrepreneurial and startup world by hosting workshops, as well as one time and recurring consulting. In addition, she recently joined the biotech startup Nucleus Biologics as Head of Program Management.
