His core competencies are related to the Human Capital Management with a strong expertise in Recruitment, HR Strategy, Organizational development, Change Management, Transformation programs, Strategic Workforce planning, Industrial relations, and mediation.Hendrik’s personal mission is to guide and facilitate the growth of people and organisations. He draws his energy from his curiosity and passion for people and organizational effectiveness. He was a consultant and coach in organisations in profit and non-profit sector, in start-up environments as well as large multinational settings. He covers the fields of executive search, talent management, learning and development, change management, coaching and general HR Management.Andres has worked in HR for more than 20 years in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Mauritius. During these two decades spent in internal HR management often involved in post merger integrations. He knows as no other how the HR strategy supports the commercial strategy of a company and he supports organizations with their start up/scale up/integration challenges. Andres is a certified executive coach, further enhancing his ability to support and develop leadership within organizations.
