Join Fallon Keplinger of <A HREF="https://www.roseglowtearoom.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rose Glow Tea Room</A> + Jada Thomas of Yogalistics DC, for an early morning yoga class and tea sampling at <A HREF="https://www.theyardsdc.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Yards</A> in Washington DC.
WHAT YOU' LL LEARN:  The art of restorative yoga through a 30 minute guided practice with the focus on relaxing in a held pose with the aid of props, without any strain or pain, to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Followed by tea sampling provided by Rose Glow Tea Room.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

Each pose will be held between 5 and 10 minutes.

<LI>
Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle back bends.
</LI>
<LI>
Non-Heated.
</LI>
<LI>
The use of props include: Bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps.
</LI>
<LI>
An offering of a variety of infused teas by Rose Glow Tea Room to enjoy after the yoga practice.
</LI>
<LI>
Attire for a yoga practice includes any comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement. You are invited to remove your shoes for stability and balanced contact with the floor, as well as the opportunity to stretch and strengthen all the muscles in your feet.

Yoga is not a competitive practice - it is a practice intended to encourage self discovery, healing, connection and empowerment.  Most importantly, always listen to your body and intuition, and never push yourself to a point of discomfort. Please take your time and enjoy the experience. This class is suitable for all levels.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: Jada Thomas, the founder of Yogalistics DC, a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach. Jada’s teaching style is centered on the philosophy of compassion and authenticity to transform the lives of youth and families through yoga and mindfulness.
Fallon Keplinger is the founder of Rose Glow Tea Room, a local brand of infused tea. Each tea variety is carefully blended with ingredients intended to help uplift and restore from the inside out. Rose Glow Tea Room is dedicated to the education and history of infused tea and the benefits experienced with every sip.

Steadfast Supply is easily accessible via Metro, vehicle, bus, bike, or on foot.  Route I-295 and I-395 conveniently provide direct access to The Yards.
