BAARN2020 is jointly organized by the Harvard Microbial Sciences Initiative, the Harvard-wide Program on Antibiotic Resistance, and the Infectious Disease Institute of Harvard Medical School

Boston Area Antimicrobial Research Network Meeting 2020. Gathering of thought leaders from academics, industry, regulatory agencies and investment companies from the greater Boston/Cambridge innovation ecosystem, bringing together ideas for solving the health care challenge of antibiotic resistant infection. The meeting will consist of talks and network opportunities to discuss advances in new therapeutics, diagnostics, alternative therapeutics, and entering and flourishing in the market. The meeting will be capped with the 2nd Annual Stuart Levy Lecture. Lunch and breaks will be catered, and a reception in the adjacent Harvard Museum of Natural History will follow immediately afterward.  UPDATE: 3/9/2020 
On the official advice from our organizing institutions, including Harvard University, BAARN2020 has been postponed to a later date owing to the public health threat posed by COVID-19, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. We will endeavor to keep all registrants and interested participants informed of our plans, and hope the event can safely proceed mid-year. We thank you for your understanding.
