I am a busy mum of two amazing and vibrant children, I am a wife of 15 years, and a corporate executive.In my spare time, I love to do a lot! I love spending time with my family (including my dog) and extended family, cooking, exercising, listening to music, going to fancy restaurants and getting dressed up, and watching movies/TV shows both new releases and the good time oldies.My work is important to me and I am passionate about delivering results.  I head up the Sales and Service operations team at Carsales.com.au, managing 40 highly driven superstars in the pursuit to offer customers a great service and experience with Carsales.com.au.The challenges of juggling day-to-day life exhaust me but inspire me at the same time. I spend a lot of time learning and listening to others.  For those of you who know me well, I also love to talk!   I get my greatest learnings from coaching and empowering my people (be it my home people or work people) to be become more effective, and in doing this I learn a lot about myself and where I need to improve.The general love of people that I have and principles around lifelong learning through experiences not only about my profession and specialisation but about general health and wellness is something I am truly passionate about.Follow me on Instagram @corporatemumpetra

At the end of April 2020 I am off to Ghana, Western Africa, for a week with The Hunger Project to help women build courage, strength and the tools to better their worlds in particular around hunger.  This initiative is part of a program for work heightened around transforming woman into leaders in the short and long-term to end hunger. 
In order to get there, I have committed to fundraise $10,000 on behalf of The Hunger Project, and I need to do this by the end of March 2020!  All proceeds will go directly to The Hunger Project to support this initative and program of work.  
Living in Australia most of us live such a privileged life where education, food, shelter and all the things we call “necessary” in our lives are available to us – if we so choose them. This is not the case in other parts of the world, and sometimes we take this for granted. With the devastation of the Australian bushfires, the recent news around the Coronavirus, it has made me realise that there is more that I can do for this world to contribute and give back in areas I believe in and to those people and communities that truly go without. One of those areas is that individuals, whatever gender, race or nationality should be able to freely make decisions and choice around their personal and professional wellbeing.  
So, I have organised this special event to bring my personal and professional network together, as I need your help to get me there.  And why not, to do this over cocktails and connections; just a couple of the things I love.  My friendships with you and the people around me have enabled me the courage and strength to get to this place, and I want to celebrate together with you on what difference we can all make as a united front.  Being around passionate, strong, determined and likeminded woman and connecting to create change, new beginnings and ways of thinking is key to my success.
I promise the event to be plentiful of food, drink, fun, laughter, discussions and networking.  There will be a panel of amazing speakers, some raffle prices to give away, and some major auction prizes - with all proceeds going directly to The Hunger Project.
And... $50 of every ticket to this event will go directly to The Hunger Project to help me get to Ghana.
