Team WSU won a spot on our Spring 2020 college tour and after 2 years, we&#x27;ve been able to reschedule this event! Pre-sales previously sold-out in 48-hours and we are close to capacity. However, we&#x27;re offering refunds to anyone who might&#x27;ve graduated. FAQAre there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?21+ Only.How can I contact the organizer with any questions?Please email info@upandupfestival.com or DM the local hosts on their Instagram page @upandupwazzuWhat&#x27;s the refund policy? All refunds must be requested by Feb 15th, no exceptions. We will email and text all previous ticket buyers several times. This means that you can&#x27;t request a refund after the event after seeing your friends posting about it on Instagram.Whats the Covid/Mask Policy?We&#x27;re abiding my the unversity&#x27;s guidelines which are always subject to change.Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?Yes, but it&#x27;s only one ticket per person. If someone with your ticket is scanned in before yours, you&#x27;re out of luck.Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn&#x27;t match the person who attends?Yes, but please be careful. We&#x27;re not responsible if you lose your ticket or if someone has access to it before you have it scanned.
