Description

In partnership with Ald. Hall and the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), the Chicago Department of Planning and Development (DPD) is seeking to revitalize a large vacant lot at 95th and State through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process. There are two finalist teams competing to redevelop the site with new homes and businesses.

Neighborhood residents are encouraged to attend and share their voice by meeting the teams, seeing their proposed projects, asking questions, and sharing feedback.
