We do wellness for events.TRILUNA is an agency focused on event enhancement via wellness and mindfulness. We help organizers craft meaningful experiences to increase engagement at conferences, retreats, and summits. Ocassionally, but rarely, we organize events ourselves. We can't wait to see you!

2020 Lindell Ave

We&#x27;re opening the month with a free community workshop designed to increase wellness through everyday acts of magic. Join us in our space at 2020 Lindell Ave (inside the art gallery at Fort Houston) for this free event. We&#x27;ll meditate, work through some thought exercises, and sip on some tea while we talk. You&#x27;ll leave with a workbook to continue using on your own. We hope you&#x27;ll join us for the kick off of our March membership series.What&#x27;s Included: A whole-life wellness exercise to help you asses where you are currently so you can deal with gaps, celebrate progress, and create a plan to move forward.An article on the danger of moralizing your food and some suggestions for combating the long-held beliefs and misinformation we have around nutrition.A simple yoga sequence you can do at home to connect with your body and begin rebuilding your relationship with it.An easy meditation for stress management perfect for beginners and experts alike.A tarot worksheet and exercise to help you ask better questions so you can look intrinsically to find better answers.
