Unwind , evoke harmony and rejuvenate your senses at The Artists Gallery.TAG and practioner Jaspal Kaur invite the community to a healing sound bath &amp; meditaion session. This event will take place amongst a contemporary exhibition from Los Angeles artist, Gary Polonsky.Guests are asked to bring water, a yoga mat and a blanket for comfort.Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.The event will begin with Jaspal Kaur's presenation "The Neuroscience of Meditation," followed by a relaxing sound bath. 11:30AM-NoonDiscussion, "The Neuroscience of Miditation" Noon-1PMSound bath Tickets can be purchased here, or before the event. Please arrive10 minutes early.
