Perpich Center for Arts Education is the state agency established by the Minnesota legislature to provide all Minnesota students the opportunity to develop and integrate their artistic and academic abilities to their highest potential.Perpich Center for Arts Education has three primary programs:-The statewide, public, accredited, residential arts high school for 11th and 12th grades-The statewide arts education library, offering an extensive collection of books and materials for use by teachers, artists, students and the public-Outreach, which offers statewide professional arts integration development, serves as administration for Turnaround Arts: Minnesota, provides standards-based arts education planning and curriculum development for Minnesota K-12 schools

Perpich is a tuition-free, public, residential high school located in Golden Valley which serves students in grades 11-12 from throughout the state of Minnesota. Perpich offers concentrations in six art areas, rigorous and innovative academic curriculum, and a residential hall for students. Our residential hall is free for students who live outside of Hennepin County and Ramsey County and live more than 20 miles from campus.
