<h3>You can also purchase an optional CliftonStrengths Strengths Assessment Tool. This assessment tool will identify your best strengths, and will be helpful for the facilitator in making the workshop relevant to your needs.
 The results from the assessment tool will be used by you to build your own personalized value statement during the workshop.
