MTV Shuga is an Award Winning HIV/AIDS awareness drama series set across East, West Africa and South Africa. This season was filmed in South Africa and exposes how young people are getting exposed to HIV/AIDS. Love, heartache, broken dreams and the struggle to overcome life&#x27;s challenges are at the heart of MTV Shuga.
