Do you offer refunds?

Though we do not offer refunds, if you are unable to attend please notify us via email at jen@joulewellness.co more than 24hrs prior to class and we'll provide you a credit for a future class. You may also transfer your ticket to a friend. No-shows cannot be provided class credit for future use.

What props do you provide?

Yoga mat, blanket, bolster, and blocks.

Question 3

Are children welcome?

Children are absolutely welcome as long as they have a purchased ticket, are accompanied by an adult, are respectful of the quiet space. Any attendee who disrupts the group will kindly be asked to leave.

Are cell phones welcome?

We ask that you please place cell phones on silent or in airplane mode for the duration of class, and refrain from use while class is in session.

Where do I park?

Arrival Details: Parking at Thrive is very limited, so we encourage you to carpool if possible and please arrive early. Additional parking can be found next door at Spenard Joe's Coffee stand, in the Thai restaurant parking lot to the west, or across Spenard Rd. at Pho Lotus.
