Is there parking nearby?

There is a large free car park in Morrison's supermarket behind the Town Hall accessible from Queensway or Corporation Street. There are no restrictions on the car parking time in the top part of the car park.

Can I use public transport to reach Morley Town Hall?

Accepted Answer

Yes there are numerous bus services running from Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford with bus stops very close to the building on Queen Street but remember they will be running a Sunday timetable.  Morley train station is a 20 to 30 minute walk from the the Town Hall and it is not serviced by buses.

Is the tour suitable for wheelchair users?

Accepted Answer

The majority of the route uses pavements and where roads are crossed there are dropped kerbs but there is one  part, near the end where there is no dropped kerb.  There is an alternative route to avoid this and to rejoin the route.

Can I just turn up to join the tour?

No, you will need to show that you have reserved a place via Eventbrite

Is there a charge for the tour?

Accepted Answer

There is no charge, all you need is a ticket.
