Welcome to the WAIH Walk With A Doc Empowerment Hike event! Join us on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM for a refreshing and empowering hike at the beautiful Roswell Mill Waterfall. This event is a great opportunity to connect with nature, meet new people, and get some exercise while learning from a Licensed Professional Counselor, Suzette Williams and a Registered Nurse, Amy Middlebrooks. Don't miss out on this chance to improve your physical and mental well-being. Lace up your shoes and get ready for a fun and empowering experience!Here's what you can expect.<ul><li>Meet n greet at the trail start!</li><li>One hour WALK (all levels welcome)</li><li>At the midway point we will lead you through a mini-mindfulness session designed to help you transform into a better you. Light bites and drinks goodie bags for all</li><li>Leave feeling grounded and ready to take the next step to live a passionate life.</li></ul>*RSVP required.
