Refunds are case by case, Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. No refunds 120 Days before the event.

Is this an overnight retreat?

Yes, this is a two night retreat.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is on-site parking available.

Will there be airport transportation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, airport transport will be available from the Reno Tahoe International Airport on 5/9/25 at 1:30PM PST and back to the Reno Tahoe International Airport on 5/11/25 at 10:30AM PST.  *Airport is 15 minutes away from lodging

Will there be food?

Yes, food/water/coffee/non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Will there be alcoholic beverages?

Accepted Answer

Alcohol is available for purchase at the hotel, baseball game, walkable restaurants/bars and markets.
