WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE RETREAT?

For all the yoga classes we have a limited supply of mats, blocks, and blankets, but please bring your own if you have them. We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle for conservation and sustainability purposes. Water will be available for refills.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE RETREAT?

Wear comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for the outdoor activities (ie walks, etc) and for the weather forecast that day.
