KSM is a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm.Casse Tate, Partner, CPA, CAP - Katz Sapper &amp; MillerCasse Tate is a partner in Katz, Sapper &amp; Miller’s Business Advisory Group and co-chair of KSM’s Nonprofit Services Group. Casse works closely with her clients, guiding them through tax planning and compliance issues as well as providing general consulting services to ensure they are fully equipped to make advantageous financial decisions.Casse specializes in helping tax-exempt organizations navigate complex tax laws and provides consulting on public support issues to ensure necessary compliance requirements are met. Additionally, she assists organizations with conveying a positive impression of their programs and activities on the Form 990. Casse’s knowledge of nonprofits is well rounded, equipping her to address operational issues organizations routinely face.Justin Hayes, Partner, CPA, CGMA - Katz Sapper &amp; MillerJustin Hayes is a partner in Katz, Sapper &amp; Miller’s Audit &amp; Assurance Services Group. Justin works with his clients to help ensure accurate financial reporting and advises them on ways to improve their reporting and internal controls to provide maximum performance and efficiency. He has experience in a number of industries; however, his main areas offocus are nonprofit, state and local government, and professional services. He is a member of the firm’s Nonprofit Services and Governmental Services Groups.Justin is amember of the American Institute of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS), the Institute of Management Accountants, the Association of Government Accountants, and the Government Finance Officers Association. He is also a member of the Ball State University Accounting Advisory Council and serves as a Miller Mentor for the Miller College of Business at Ball State. Additionally, Justin serves on the board of directors and finance committee for Second Helpings Inc. He is a graduate of Opportunity Indianapolis 2010 and Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) 2011 with Leadership Indianapolis (formerly Lacy Leadership Association).
