Yes! The recordings will be made available to you within one hour after each recorded class.

Do I have to go 100% plant-based during the course?

No! The course is intended to provide a container of support for wherever you are on the journey.

Is the 1:1 meeting required?

Accepted Answer

Not required, but may be helpful. It's an opportunity to receive more personalized support, and many people find it helpful to have an extended period to explore what's coming up for them on their journey. It's included in the course, at no extra charge, should you decide to take advantage of it.
