Do I need to be an alumnus/alumna of the A-School or the Veneto Programs to attend?

Accepted Answer

No. All friends and family can purchase tickets for either event. Partners are welcome to join. Space is limited at both events and are based on a first come, first serve basis when ticket sales open at 12noon ET on August 8.

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We understand that plans may change. The Gala Dinner will be refundable up to 3 months before the event. The Alumni Trip cancellation and refund policy can be found here: https://engagement.virginia.edu/travel/Arch_vicenza/2025

What if I don't get a ticket?

Accepted Answer

There will be a waitlist for the Gala Dinner and the Alumni Trip, when either sells out. If a spot opens up, we will get in touch with you with time to make your international travel plans.
