The Healthy Living Social is a gathering of like minded, health focused men and women that have the desire to share a meal, create a strong community, grow in their knowledge of healthy living and meet new people that desire to build the same.The last Thursday of every month we will be gathering with appetizers, a 20 minute health spotlight and connecting with others around the table. Gardening resources, books on health and wellness and survival tips for difficult times will be available.Grab a friend, or two or three and come enjoy The Healthy Living Social. If you have children that are of age that can sit quietly at a table, you are welcome to bring them if needed.We ask that you bring a appetizer, homemade or store bought, but if the day gets stressful and time doesn't allow, just bring yourself. We look forward to seeing you!
