Join Selfie Care Therapy for a Write Your Truth session. These once a month Saturday sessions use a guided journal to help individuals shed their past and realize their true selves.Each Saturday monthly morning sessions include:<ul><li>1 min light meditation</li><li>3 to 5 guided prompts for the guided journal 'Healing Path to True Authenticity". </li><li>Voluntary deeper discussion</li><li>2 guided gratitude prompts</li><li>Voluntary deeper discussion</li><li>Salutation</li></ul>You can:<ol><li>purchase a ticket for $15 and get a copy of the guided Journal to follow along</li><li>RSVP for free and bring your own journal</li></ol>If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us: selfiecaretherapy@gmail.com
