<h2>Join us for a garden tour, pickle tasting and pickle making at the DGC Sprouts Learning Garden.</h2>Get ready to pucker your lips and go home with your own jar of pickles.This event will be held outdoors unless the weather doesn't cooperate. In the event of inclement weather, we will meet in the church basement.This event is for the community; all ages are welcome to give pickling a try. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Be sure to register so we can plan ahead.We will have pickling brine, cucumbers, various spices and a limited number of jars.Please bring along:<ul><li>Clean jars with lids (mason jars not required) if available</li><li>Extra spices to your liking</li></ul>This event is FREE.Donations Accepted; Suggested donation, $5/family to cover costs using Eventbrite registration, via Darien Garden Club<a href="https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=L9GAQ6DA9FBPQ" title="https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=L9GAQ6DA9FBPQ" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> PayPal </a>or on site at the event.NOTE: Registration ends a few days ahead so we can plan ahead and purchase the supplies.
