Check in at Just Beyond the Willow Shop, 510 S. Madison Street, Evansville WI.

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pre-registration is $20 (not including fees by Eventbrite) or  Pay at the Door $25 cash or check

Question 3

What is included for the cost?

Accepted Answer

Min. 2 glasses of wine (Must be 21), Swag Bag with Freebies, main street cook-out (Brats & Hotdogs), Drink and Shopping specials at participating local businesses, memories (Priceless)

What if I can't attend and I already have tickets?

We do not offer refunds, pass your ticket along to a friend.

Question 5

Why are there two registration times?  What if these times do not work for me?

Accepted Answer

In an effort to avoid one large crowd at one start time, we stagger start times, we offer 2 check in times.  Running late? No worries, you can still check in at anytime!   (Event ends at 8 p.m.)-  we do not enforce specific check in times.

Question 6

Do I have to start my night at Just Beyond the Willow? or Can I just join the fun at another spot?

Accepted Answer

You will pick up your free swag bag and freebies at Just Beyond the Willow!  There is no alcohol at check in, wine stops will be listed on the event schedule.   We encourage everyone to start at Just Beyond the Willow.  You can grab a fun drink from the coffee shop and check out the gift shop!
