This session is for professionals who’ve ever been responsible for a shared project, instructed a new team member, pitched an idea to a department, or carried out a meeting. It is for all kinds of ‘people who facilitate’, and ‘people who supervise’ in their workplaces.

What is the format?

The learning space is a 90-minute facilitated, virtual session. This stand-alone session will offer instructional frameworks, formative opportunities for peer-to-peer learning, plus invitations to practice and integrate learnings in your organizational context.

What is the size of the group?

No more than 25 spots for participants will be offered in the session, plus the two co-facilitators.

Who are the co-facilitators?

Jennifer Lentfer is a farm girl turned international aid worker turned leadership coach, and creator of the blog, how-matters.org. Amanda Lindamood is a postpartum doula, organizational consultant, creative educator, and freelance writer with multidisciplinary experience and training.

What's the cost of the session?

The cost for this session is US$75.

This amount directly supports the livelihoods of the facilitators and the value of the content.

This group learning space is independently sponsored by the co-facilitators, and not institutionally backed. The costs are structured to honor time, talents, and experience of the facilitators. Your payment is an investment in a depth of engagement not often provided within our workplaces.

What does the cost cover?

Facilitators provide original authored content and skillful co-facilitation in the 90 minutes together. Participants will take away practical understandings for their workplaces.

The cost is based on the cohort size, and spots for participants are reserved at registration.

If I am unable to attend, what is your refund policy?

We are not able to offer refunds barring exceptional circumstances. If people do miss the session, facilitators will offer audio summaries and/or full recordings, depending on the content of what is shared.

I am taking a chance on these facilitators and fellow participants–can I really be honest?

Confidentiality practices will be discussed. Our hope is that you will gain inspiration, energy, and practical ideas from frankly sharing your experiences with each other. All participation will be voluntary and self-directed.

This time was chosen to support people to include this professional and personal development opportunity in the middle of their work week. It also allows for people to fulfill caring responsibilities in the evening, and participate from multiple time zones.
